Chelsea have a tremendous record in Champions League. Chelsea have won 2 Champions League in the course of their history. The 1st win coming under Roberto Di Matteo when they had a disastrous domestic season. They were able to top it off in emphatic fashion at the Allianz Arena – the home of Bayern Munich against Bayern Munich in penalties. It has been considered as an absolute classic by fans all over the world.
In the run up to the final as well – Chelsea encountered a series of dramatic comebacks against Napoli and Barcelona when Torres who was having a disaster season in front of Goal was the game-changer. Chelsea won the Champions League in 2012 and 2021, while they lost the final in 2008.

These matches against Chelsea were an epic show-down and the final was just as much dramatic.
