Frank De Boer was a happy man yesterday as he won his first game as Netherland’s Manager.

A Georginio Wijnaldum brace in the first half and another goal from Captain Memphis Depay was enough to see the Oranje get the win against Bosnia and Herzegovina which had Miralem Pjanić and Sead Kolašinac who put in efforts but could not stop a well drilled Netherland side. However, they pulled one goal back via Edin Višća but that was not enough.

Roberto Mancini’s men won comfortably with a score line of 2-0 over Poland who silp to the 3rd place in the group behind Netherlands.

Italy who had drawn with Poland last October got the better of the visitors in the 23rd minute when Jorginho converted the spot kick past Szczęsny after Italy striker Belloti was held by Krychowiak.

In the 83rd Minute Domenico Berardi scored after Insigne put a ball in the Polish box which was finished by Berardi as he put the ball in the near post.

Red Devils tamed the three lions after scoring 2 goals early in the first half. In the 10 min when Romelo Lukaku lay off the ball to Youri Tielemans who drove a hard low shot which went through the legs of Tyrone Mings and hit the near post beating Pickford into the back of the net.

Denmark win against Iceland . Christian Eriksen opened the scoring in the 12th minute. It was late drama as Viðar Örn Kjartansson pulled a goal back in the 85′ mintute but Eriksen became the saviour as he found the winner in the stoppage time to give Denmark a 2-1 win.

Tukey Won 3-2 against Russia. Denis Cheryshev scored for Russia in 11′ minute Turkey Pulled a goal back via Karaman in the 26′ minute. The lead was doubled by Cengiz Under and Cenk Tosun gave Turkey breathing space as they went two goals up but Russia in the 57; minute found a goal via Kuzyev but failed to find more goals and this gave the win to Turkey.
