Wolves predicted lineup vs Chorley: Match Preview
After a late goal from Adama Traore saw Wolves progressing past Crystal Palace in the 3rd round of the FA Cup, the Midlands club suffered back-to-back defeats in the Premier League. A 1-2 defeat at home to Everton was followed by an embarassing 2-3 loss to relegation candidates West Brom at the Molineux last week. West Brom’s Matheus Pereira converted from the penalty spot after Wolves center-back Willy Boly brought down Robinson in the area. Boly later made amends with a superb back-heel that found teenager Fabio Silva, who lashed it past keeper Button to score his first top-flight goal at the Molineux. Minutes later, Boly put Wolves ahead after blasting it in from close range.
In the second half, West Brom defender Semi Ajayi looped a header past Wolves keeper Patricio to level things for the Hawthorns outfit. West Brom’s Robinson won a second penalty for his club, this time being fouled by Wolves captain Conor Coady. Matheus Pereira converted again and the scoreline remained the same after that. West Brom picked up 3 crucial points in their fight against relegation this season. Wolves slipped down to 14th and could go a place down if Newcastle get positive results in their 2 games in hand.
Espirito Santo will want a strong reaction from his men to their recent poor form and a deep run in the FA Cup is a good way to turnaround a season that has been underwhelming for the Molineux outfit so far.
Wolves predicted lineup vs Chorley: Latest Team News
Wolves have a fairly full squad of players to choose from for this fixture, although Espirito Santo is expected to field a playing XI featuring squad players and academy prospects against minnows Chorley. Daniel Podence will not be available for this match. The forward is expected to be out due to a calf injury. Full-backs Marcal and Jonny are also on the sidelines with a knock and a cruciate ligament injury respectively. Attacker Raul Jimenez who scored 4 league goals in 10 appearances before a skull fracture that cut his season short, is also not expected to play against Chorley. The Mexican striker was reported to be back in light training, but this game might have come too soon for him.
Adequate information is not available about non-league club Chorley. The game will take place at Victory Park, which is Chorley’s home ground, on Saturday 23rd January 0115 IST (date as in India).

Wolves predicted lineup vs Chorley: Score Prediction
We expect Wolves to control possession and dictate the tempo in this game, as they are the clear favourites for this one. Non-league minnows Chorley will sit back and try to hurt the Molineux outfit on the counter, trying to cause an upset true to the magic of the cup. However, we predict a 1-3 victory to Wolves, who are trying to recover from a slump in form of late.
