Denmark become the first team to make the quarter-finals of Euro 2020 with a statement 4-0 win over Wales at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam. Kasper Dolberg’s brace and a goal each from Joakim Maehle and Martin Braithwaite took Denmark to the huge victory.

The Italians were the second team to march into the Quarter-Finals, right after Denmark by beating Austria. Italy will play the winners of Belgium and Portugal in the quarter-final on Thursday. As a team who are so accustomed to winning, it would be hard to say, however, that they were always in control.
