Spain predicted lineup vs Norway & Preview

The first round of qualifying for the 2024 European Championship in Germany begins on March 25 with Spain hosting Norway in Malaga and ending three days later with a match against Scotland in Glasgow. Group A also includes Cyprus and Georgia.

In his first team since taking over for Luis Enrique before the European Championship qualifiers, new Spain coach Luis de la Fuente on Friday included numerous seasoned players and Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.

When Spain lost to Morocco in a round of 16 penalty shootout last year, De la Fuente was limited to keeping just 11 of the individuals that Luis Enrique had brought with him to the World Cup. Going into this game against Norway, Spain has a win probability of 50%, whereas Norway has a win probability of 35%.

Spain will have the following squad at its disposal:-

Defenders: José Luis Gayà (Valencia), Alejandro Balde (Barcelona), Aymeric Laporte (Manchester City), Íñigo Martínez (Athletic Bilbao), Nacho Fernández (Real Madrid), Dani Carvajal (Real Madrid), David García (Osasuna), Pedro Porro (Tottenham).
