Another problem which Southampton face is that they are missing out on key players, with the departure of Danny Ings to Aston Villa, their attacking options grow thin with their center forward Shane Long testing positive for Covid. They are also missing out on central midfielder Will Smallbone. Sam Mcqueen is still not back in contention after his long term injury a couple of seasons back.
