Rohit Sharma on Saturday lit up the Instagram with his adorable picture comprising of his wife Ritika Sajdeh and his daughter Samaira. He also wished one and all to have a joyful and safe Diwali with the background picture depicting the colorful festival. The picture was so beautiful with a glittering smile on both the faces and his fans could not stop uttering about the post.

His post had clearly stated about him prioritizing on safety during the mega festival and showed his love for his fans. The caption in the picture was “Happy Diwali 🪔 to all. Have a good one and stay safe @ritssajdeh” which would have been a delight for his fans.

Best time to celebrate Diwali for Rohit Sharma

It couldn’t have been a better occasion for him to celebrate Diwali with his IPL team Mumbai Indians going to win their 5th title in 8 years. He scored a match winning 68 and helped the team to their second consecutive title.

His hamstring injury had led the team to resting him for the white ball squads for the upcoming Australia tour but has been added to the four match test series after Kohli taking paternity leave and will return to India after the Adelaide test. Its still a concern for the team if he makes it to Australia or not which will be determined by the fitness test he should attend.

BCCI had already stressed their weight on fitness tests and Rohit Sharma needs to recover from his injury as soon as possible with the rest of the players already leaving to Australia.
