Manchester United vs Man City Preview and Livestream

Manchester United are having just the most odd season they have had in a while. After a superb summer transfer window where they signed three superstars, the club got off to a good start where they looked like title challengers. A hopeless October shot down those hopes and a 5-0 loss against Liverpool was perhaps the crowning of Solskjaer’s worst spell as United boss.

But a 3-0 win against an equally poor Tottenham Hotspur last weekend has now shifted the conversation towards a potential rebuild this season. A game against Manchester City has come at either the best time, or the worst time- depending on the result. A loss will immediately drop morale again and perhaps get Ole sacked. But a win… boy! that can get some momentum going for the Red Devils.

Manchester United Predicted Lineup vs Manchester City and Team News

Manchester United, in the words of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer himself, have a completely fit squad now. Except for, of course, Paul Pogba. The French midfielder is in the process of serving a three-game ban for his direct sending off against Liverpool after coming on as a substitute in the second half. Expect Solskjaer to field his best possible 11 against Dean Smith’s men here.

Manchester United vs Manchester City Prediction

Manchester United are really buzzing after a win against Spurs and would want to put the loss against Liverpool behind them. A draw wouldn’t do much to help that. Only a win against City would help their fans to bury that memory. But we don’t see that happening one bit and go with a 4-0 rout for Pep Guardiola’s away team here.
