The report states that Jurgen Klopp and co are closing in on a €60million deal with Porto for the winger who turns 25 this year.
In a recent turn of events, a report has emerged suggesting that the Portuguese club has received one formal offer and surprisingly, it was not from Liverpool. As reported by Sport Witness and tweeted by GoalPoint, outlet SIC claim that the offer was received from Tottenham Hotspur and turned down by the Primeira League club. If the Portuguese giants did indeed refuse an offer of 60M € from Spurs, the Reds are likely to have to pay more if they want to secure the services of the Colombian this January.
