Liverpool transfer news January 2020- Takumi Minamino’s, Joe Hardy’s signing and Rhian Brewster transfer away from Reds

Liverpool are a team that sends very minimal but when they do they manage to clinch some of the best transfers, thanks to Jurgen Klopp’s tactics. We at Alley Sport brings you the Liverpool transfer news January 2020.
Takumi Minamino’s transfer
Liverpool completed a great deal with RB Salzburg after they managed to sign Takumi Minamino, an incredible talent. The Japanese international had all the makings of a transfer steal, having been plucked ahead of Manchester United for a meagre £7.25 million fee thanks to Michael Edwards’ close relationship with Red Bull Salzburg.
While Minamino’s arrival at Anfield hasn’t gone quite as planned, he could still prove to be a valuable addition to the squad. Minamino could leave this summer, but it is more likely that he will stay and participate in the Liverpool group next season.

Joe Hardy’s signing
Hardy had to wait four months for it, during which time Liverpool progressed from European to global winners. Joe Hardy’s August transfer window was slammed shut with unseemly haste. Jürgen Klopp was one of the most outspoken critics of the Premier League transfer market closing sooner than usual.

Rhian Brewster transfer away from Reds
Liverpool sold Rhian Brewster to Sheffield United last summer for a fee of around £23.5m – even though he had never played a league game in a Reds shirt. The Reds were a bit harsh to him as he wasn’t able to play a single match in the Reds shirt.
