The elite of European clubs lock horns again in the second leg. Alley Sport brings Liverpool predicted lineup vs Real Madrid and the buildup to the game.
Liverpool face yet another daunting task to comeback against a heavy deficit, with Zinedine Zidane and his men playing some exceptional football in the first leg. Liverpool need a replica of their performance against Barcelona, as they take on Real Madrid at Anfield.
Liverpool vs Real Madrid: Preview
Liverpool were beaten 3-1 to a highly aggressive Real Madrid in the first leg of this Champions League encounter. A Vinicius Jr brace and a Marco Asensio goal was enough to seal the game for Real Madrid, however an away goal by Mo Salah gives Liverpool a ray of hope as they welcome Real Madrid to Anfield this week. Jurgen Klopp would need to make his team deal with the counter attack ability of the Los Blancos, as they are on the brink of another elimination from the competition.
Real Madrid would be hoping to deal with the Anfield pressure, and hope to strike a goal early in the game to nullify the away goal. Zidane is finally hoping to get the Los Blancos back to European glory, after disgraceful knockouts by Manchester City and Ajax in the previous years tainting Real Madrid’s image as the biggest club in European history.

Liverpool vs Real Madrid: Prediction
Real Madrid are expected to qualify for the semi finals of the Champions League, with the winner playing the victor of the clash between Chelsea and Porto. Liverpool have high chances to beat the Los Blancos, but a 2 goal deficit and a vulnerable defense makes Real Madrid the favorites to withstand the Anfield pressure and only a miraculous performance by Jurgen Klopp’s team could set the game up.
