Leicester City’s first 5 games of the 2021/22 Premier League season have put the Foxes under huge pressure, as critics have already started to rule them out for a potential Champions League spot. Their 2-1 loss against Brighton made fans criticize Brendan Rodgers style of management as “too sentimental”, with 6 points in the opening 5 games doing justice to the criticism. They take on Burnley, a side positioned 19th on the table, as the Foxes look to turn around their falling season.

Leicester City vs Burnley: Prediction

Leicester City look to bounce back after a poor start to their campaign, and look to beat Burnley in this encounter. My prediction is that the Foxes would beat the travelling Burnley side, in a 2-0 victory for the Foxes. Burnley had a strong performance against Arsenal last weekend but failed to convert it to three points. This is a tricky fixture for Burnley, who will have to exploit the vulnerable Leicester City defence to get something out of the game.
