Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United team are in dire need of a positive result, with the team failing to win any of their last two games, and Alley Sport brings you Leeds predicted lineup vs Brighton. Leeds predicted lineup vs Brighton and Hove Albion: Match Preview
Leeds United suffered a humiliation in the FA Cup 3rd Round against fourth-divison Crawley Town, who defeated Bielsa’s men 3-0. Nicholas Tsaroulla opened the scoring for the minnows after converting a header from Ashley Nadesan. A couple of minutes later, Nadesan converted from the right side of the box off a pass from Tom Nicholls to double Crawley Town’s lead. Bielsa brought on Raphinha and Sam Greenwood to change the game, but in vain as Jordan Tunnicliffe completed the rout with a right-footed shot from close range after a set piece situation.
The defeat has knocked Leeds out of the FA Cup and their fans will surely be disappointed, after having expectations of a deep run in the prestigious cup competition this season. Bielsa will be hoping for a strong reaction from his side as they face a downtrodden Brighton and Hove Albion later this week.
Brighton have failed to win a game of football since November 21 when they beat Aston Villa in the Premier League. Their next clash, against Manchester City before the Leeds game, will see them go against a team that has not lost for a month and a half. Hovering above the relegation zone, defeats against both City and Leeds would be a deafening blow for the Seagulls.

The last league meeting between the two sides was in 2017 in the Championship and ended 2-0 in Leeds’ favor.
