PSG are now willing to let him leave for £150 million and give Mbappe a strong contract to make him stay in Paris. Phillipe Coutinho: Transfer from F.C Barcelona to Chelsea
Chelsea are looking to get Phillipe Coutinho to the Stamford Bridge in a loan move with obligation to buy in the next year.
