The fans will be very happy to hear the news of Indian Cricket team full Schedule for 2021 as there will be non stop action for a 12 month period. After the Australian tests gets over, England will travel to India in January for a full series of 4 tests, 4 ODI’s and 4 t20s which ends by the month of march. The IPL is set to take place for a period of two months from April to the end of May.
This is followed by a tour to Sri Lanka for 3 ODIs and 5 T20s in the month of June. The Asia cup gets underway after the end of Sri lanka series which extends up to July. India is set to pack up for the short Zimbabwe tour comprising of 3 ODIs. The next series for a 3 month period until September is the most important tour to England for a five match test series with India having won a test series in England 13 years ago.
T20 Cricket World cup in India
After the 5 match test series, South Africa travels to India as a pre tour before the T20 World Cup with a 3 match ODI series and 5 match T20 series in the month of October. The world cup fever starts by then and India will have to battle it out until November. The New Zealand tour to India follows the T20 world cup with a 2 match test series and 3 T20s.
After all the drama scheduled, the last tour of 2021 happens to be in the month of December when India tours South Africa for a 3 match Test series followed by a 3 match T20 series. The major concern would be to resist from injuries which may end up in missing important players for more than a series with the traffic around the schedule.
