Tammy Abraham, who’s been criticized for his performances in front of goal this season, scored 2 goals late in the second-half. In the seventy-eighth minute, Abraham laid off the ball to Mount and then Mount drove forward and gave the ball to Timo Werner who cut the ball inside the Hammers box where Abraham had made the run and finished the move to double Chelsea’s lead.

Two minutes later, Abraham was in again when Christian Pulisic’s header was not cleared properly by West Ham Keeper Lucac Fabianski and Abraham tapped the ball into the net to give Chelsea a 3-0 lead.
