Chelsea look to make a few more signings and it’s also being conjectured that a few players want to leave.
Chelsea latest transfer Rumours
Chelsea look to be interested in Malmo FF’s 21-year-old centre back Anel Ahmedhodžić who has been impressing clubs across Europe with his performances. Chelsea have huge interest in the young prospect.
Ahmedhodžić’s father did not want his son to go to Stamford Bridge and was even critical of Ahmedhodžić’s agent and stated this publicly. The young player apologized for his father’s statement.
The Blues’ links aren’t going away as SportSport.ba in Bosnia are reporting the defender is ‘already wanted’ by Frank Lampard’s side, Milan, PSV Eindhoven and Ajax.
Olivier Giroud is looking to leave the Blues as he has struggled for minutes in the 20/21 season.
Giroud was considering leaving Stamford Bridge with Inter Milan among those clubs holding an interest in the 2018 World Cup winner. MLS club Inter Miami have also been linked with a January move.
Giroud has started just one game and played 36 minutes of Premier league football and has just made 7 appearances for the club.
Another departure looks to be of Fikayo Tomori whom looks to leave in January as the centre back.
With Tomori being at the bottom of the defensive pecking order after Settling of Zouma and Thiago Silva with Andreas Christensen being the second preference due to his passing abilities and Antonio Rüdiger having a better work ethic than Tomori he could leave the Stamford Bridge on loan or even a permeant deal in January.
Mason Mount’s best friend Declan Rice is being heavily linked to Chelsea.
As a youngster Rice was released by Chelsea but he has made a name for himself at West Ham succeeding Mark Noble as holding mid-fielder and has been given the captaincy by Hammers coach David Moyes.
Patrice Evra has said that Rice could land to Chelsea or Manchester United. Rice is Lampard’s top priority if N’golo Kante leaves.
